If paying by credit/debit card you can call us with your credit card information or split your information into 2 emails.

ORDERING/STOCK AVAILABILITY
Email us your order prior to sending payment; if you are looking for a release you don’t see on our site we might be able to get it for you, just email us.
RESERVES
We are happy to take reserves for items but do not reserve anything you do not intend to buy as this deprives other customers of limited items and we take a reserve as a commitment to buy on the behalf of the customer. We will hold reserves for 2 weeks max.
POSTAGE & PACKING
We package all of our vinyl safely and securely using only new professional cardboard mailers with cardboard stiffeners and all box sets, CDs, etc. are also packaged securely with brand new packaging. We recommend recorded delivery/insured post for an extra cost in the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged. If you live in the Italy recorded delivery is FREE. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any non-insured packages. Our aim is to mail packages on the day of receipt of payment, however if an item you ordered is out of stock and will be back in stock within a 10-day period, we will hold your order and ship the package as soon as the item(s) are back in stock. |
